Sierra Club and Others Files Lawsuit Against Norlite

On March 2, a press conference was held at the Legislative Office building in Albany regarding a lawsuit that was filed by the Sierra Club and others. The lawsuit is in regards to the fact that the Defense Logistics Agency has awarded a contract for the removal, transportation, and incineration of AFFF from military installations at the Norlite incinerator in Cohoes, NY.
