Cuts to Harm Reduction Impact Capital Region Public Health

At a rally in Barker Park on Friday, August 18, VOCAL-NY’s Luke Grandis spoke about the importance of fully funding harm reduction efforts in the capital region during the pandemic and economic downturn.
