Lights Out Norlite and Saratoga Sites Against Norlite Emissions (SSANE) are cosponsoring an online Norlite Town Hall on Tuesday, Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. to discuss the “Norlite Bill” with legislators and stakeholders.
