HMM 2020 Clemency Special

This year end special is on Clemency. On Dec 24, 2020 Governor Andrew M. Cuomo granted clemency to 21 individuals – 7 commutations and the rest pardons.

There were 2,518 new clemency applications this year, an 80% increase over last year. Today we spend the hour looking at a few clemency cases that were not granted by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo.
