More than 100 organizations signed a letter this week to Governor Cuomo calling upon to halt the development of a new gas power plant in Sheridan Hollow in Albany, that would also include a microgrid. The plant would help both heat and provide electricity to the state plaza, The Governor claims that the new project would reduce carbon emissions.
