Upstander Training aims to empower people to take action and step in, deescalate, and prevent bullying. Carlyn Cowen of Chinese-American Planning Council talks about how this training can be utilized to assist vulnerable communities like Asian, LGBTQ+, Black & Brown, and Indigenous.
