Saratoga Lakeview Mobile Home Families Potentially Could Lose their Homes
Angela Kaufman is a resident of Saratoga Lakeview Mobile Home and spoke to us about the sale of the mobile park where she lives and how this sale affects all the residents living in this mobile park. The new owner is making a lot of changes. A lease with many restrictions. A new application where he encourages other mobile residents not to speak to the “individual” who has being vocal and outspoken about how the sale affects the lives of ALL the residents. Residents potentially have to leave the mobile park in Five Years. This park is one of the last affordable places in the Capital Region and some of the residents are facing the possibility of becoming homeless due to this sale.
