Join the Youth Media Sanctuary production team as they head into the field to shoot footage for three short documentaries based in the North Central Troy neighborhood. These workshops are fast-paced, hands-on experiences geared for youth ages 13-18. Participants will learn the art of conducting and shooting interviews, collecting b-roll footage, and capturing quality sound, to create projects which reflect their personal vision, culture, and community.

We are committed to lowering the barriers to access for events at The Sanctuary for Independent Media. For people who are hard of hearing or deaf, blind or low-vision, or whose physical limitations can interfere with a satisfying experience, let us know two weeks in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
