City of Cohoes to Buy Saratoga Sites
The City of Cohoes recently announced that it will respond to the ongoing problems with pollution at the Saratoga Sites public house complex across the railroad tracks from the Norlite hazardous waste and aggregate facility by buying the property, moving people out and converting it for industrial use.
