Advocates Call to Expand Bottle Bill on 40th Anniversary

Advocates gathered at the State Capitol on May 18th to observe the 40th anniversary of the Bottle Bill and to urge lawmakers to increase the deposit to 10 cents and to expand it to include other containers such as wine, liquor, and noncarbonated beverages.
