Saratoga Homeless Encampment

Around 20 people who have been living on a vacant lot for many years, received notice that they had to leave last week. The way the developers who own the land handled the situation left many questions about the rights of owners vs. homeless and the problems of affordable housing in the area. Moses Nagel spoke to some Saratoga officials and activists involved.
