Melissa Bromley

Board Member

Mel (Melissa Bromley) helps non-profits tell their story and raise money.

From 2016-21 she was the Sanctuary’s Development Director. She started the Sanctuary Sustainer program and helped secure funding to launch WOOC 105.3FM, build NATURE Lab, and produce the Spirit of the Suffragettes outdoors concert series.

Mel currently heads Communications for VisionSpring—a global non-profit that brings radically affordable eyeglasses to people living on less than $4/day.

She lives in South Troy, serves on the Board of Directors for the Troy Rehabilitation & Improvement Program (TRIP), and continues to produce radio segments for the Hudson Mohawk Magazine in her free time.
