NYPIRG Study On Small Claims Court In Albany

A NYPIRG report on Small Claims Court found that while nearly 80 percent of claimants said they had won their cases, nearly 75 percent of the winners failed to collect a cent of their judgments – worse than when NYPIRG did its first survey four decades ago.
