Saratoga Black Lives Matter Sets Up Street Crisis Team

Saratoga Black Lives Matter is forming a team to respond to emergencies such as people dealing with mental health issues or overdoses. A recent audit of the city’s 50 Point Police Reform Plan found that the police department has yet to implement any sort of Crisis Assistance Helping Out On The Street (CAHOOTS) program — a recommendation of the reform plan.
