Due to COVID rates and concern for community safety, this event has been CANCELED.
A personal exploration of LGBTQI women’s communities, cultures, and social justice work through the lens of the physical spaces they create, from bars to bookstores to arts and political hubs. This investigation of spaces that have managed to stay open when so many others have closed offers a perspective on why having a place to gather matters, particularly for marginalized groups.
Preceded by a Be The Media! workshop.
