Be5 STEM Saturdays
September 28 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm EDT
Fun with Science & Health: Through hands-on activities, students in grades 3-8 explore science topics vital to daily life, including controlling disease with clean hands, healthy drinking water, and improved indoor air quality.
Students will engage in hands-on activities using Micro:bit technology to explore themes like water purification, biodiversity, air quality, and UV radiation. These activities foster scientific inquiry skills and real-time data analysis while deepening understanding of ecological systems. Concurrently, participants will begin exploring their personal strengths through activities focused on identifying talents, passions, and career interests. This session sets the foundation for a transformative STEM journey and personal growth.
