Earth Day Water Summit

Fresh water is the source of life! Join us in a community skill share focused on protecting our water. This informal, grassroots gathering will cover issues from scientific to the political, including DIY Urban Hydrology, media strategies, DIY Journalism and civil disobedience. Do you have a skill share you’d like to offer? Let us know. The day will include “Sunflower Forest Gardening” workshop, “Protect Our Water” skill share, a community meal, and the screening of Triple Divide, with filmmakers Melissa Troutman and Josh Pribanic.
We are committed to lowering the barriers to access for events at The Sanctuary for Independent Media. For people who are hard of hearing or deaf, blind or low-vision, or whose physical limitations can interfere with a satisfying experience, let us know two weeks in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
