- 11 am Welcome Gathering light snacks
- 11:30-12:30 Healing Offerings: Reiki or Massage (6 spots open only)
- 12:45-1:45 Sound Ceremony with Earth Meditation and the bronze singing bowl you can stand in. Aka The blessing bowl
