Slow Food Meet Up
October 24 @ 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm EDT
Sanctuary Kitchen’s Jonathan Segol will gather with cooking lovers to discuss the importance of buying local food, caring preparation, and consuming with appreciation. Food will be cooked for a gathering of farmers visiting the Sanctuary the next day.
Jonathan Segol is long time volunteer and cook at the Sanctuary. He shares his talent and humor with visitors and volunteers, and his meals bring folks together in our unified mission of justice and peace.
We are committed to lowering the barriers to access for events at The Sanctuary for Independent Media. For people who are hard of hearing or deaf, blind or low-vision, or whose physical limitations can interfere with a satisfying experience, let us know two weeks in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
