HMM 8-8-18
Today we’ll hear an update about the controversy over councilmembers’ terms on the Watervliet City Council.
Then, we will talk with peace activist Maureen Aumand by phone mainly to talk about the upcoming Kateri Peace conference in Fonda. Then we’ll hear about a program that’s testing for nasty things that can make us sick on New York State beaches. Next, we’ll be discussing efforts to reduce the number of kids being separated from their parents and placed into the foster care system. We will finish with Troy’s newest farm-to-table restaurant Nighthawks, which opened this summer.
