Community Choice Aggregation is a way for local government to purchase electricity together to lower rates while promoting clean energy. A forum on CCAs will take place in Albany at the Public Library on Washington Ave on Monday February 26 at 6:30 PM. WOOC talked with Charlotte Binns about CCAs.
