WAYO Radio: Culture and Art Programming

The WAYO radio station in Rochester, NY was visited by WOOC correspondent, Melissa Bromley. WAYO is a free-form, low-power radio station that focuses on art and cultural programming. The volunteer staff sat down with Melissa to explain what motivates them to be a part of WAYO.
