ECC Cochair Mark Russo
Troy City Council just appointed eight members to the newly revived Environmental Conservation Commission. The ECC is tasked with various items, such as managing green spaces and investigating how effective the city’s recycling program is. ECC co-chair Mark Russo joined us in the studio to discuss Troy’s environmental priorities.
