Nikki Rogers from Heartspace Yoga

HMM correspondent Branda Miller interviews Nikki Rogers, a Yoga Activist. Rogers is from Heartspace Yoga, a studio with locations in both Troy and Albany. She was providing free yoga at the Sanctuary every Tuesday, from Nov. 19 to Dec. 10. In this segment she discusses her work at Heartspace and her personal practice, Lifted Vision Community Yoga Services.
