September 2 Police Incident Use

Early this month, a Facebook video went viral when it seemed to catch a case of police brutality in Albany’s Mansion Neighborhood. A forum was held, Chief Eric Hawkins explained procedure, and the situation died down. A second forum is now set for the Main Branch of the Albany Public Library next Tuesday, September 24, from 5:30 to 8 PM.
