South End Albany CBAs
The South End Collaborative hosted a planning session at the Howe Library on Thursday evening, August 22, where the use of Community Benefits Agreements to help shape development in the neighborhood were introduced and then discussed in breakout workshop discussions. Hudson Mohawk Magazine was there as the community worked to get a handle on its own future.
