Jesus Was A Person Of Color

This installment of Reclaiming History features singer-songwriter Roger Campos of the band name Sons Of New York, discussing his new song “Jesus Was A Person of Color. ”

The music is a modern blend of Americana, Roots Rock and Soul, fused with contemporary and relevant lyrics. The album was produced by Bill Lefler at Lefler’s Los Angeles studio, with musicians Philip Krohnengold (piano and organ) and Daniel Rhine (bass), Dave Eggar on string. Their provocative song Jesus Was A Person of Color is an exposé on religion in America.
