Naomi Jaffe on Abelove trial and Justice for Edson Thevenin

Opening arguments started on Tuesday in the trial of Former Rensselaer County District Attorney Joel Abelove. He’s facing charges of official misconduct and is accused of mishandling the grand jury investigation of Sergeant French’s killing of Edson Thevenin. Hudson Mohawk Magazine Producer Elizabeth Press met up with Naomi Jaffe of Troy 4 Black Lives to discuss the trial and its complicated back story.
