Protesting Evictions at Troy City Hall w/ Gabriel Silva of Citizen Action NY

On Monday, Nov. 2, a dozen protestors and activists with Citizen Action NY came out in the cold to protest New York State continuing evictions even as winter comes and the Coronavirus pandemic persists.
