Providing and Accommodating the Unhoused thru Joseph House in Troy

Due to the effects of COVID-19 the Joseph House outreach van now goes out 12 hours a day as opposed to the 8 hours a day prior to the pandemic. We’ll hear about some of the other necessary changes adopted in order to accommodate and care for the unhoused during COVID19, with Kevin O’Connor, Executive Director of Joseph House in Troy, and HMM correspondent Michele Maserjian.
