Steven Figueroa Seeks Troy City Council Seat

First-time political candidate Steven Figueroa, a community leader in North Central Troy, is running to represent District 2 on Troy’s City Council. He spoke with HMM correspondent Corinne Carey about his priorities and his campaign. Figueroa will face off against incumbent City Councilperson Kim Ashe-McPherson on November 2.
