The Green Party and the Ballot Threshold

While the Green Party failed to reach the new threshold that Governor Cuomo and state Democrats recently enacted for parties to maintain the ballot status, they have an existing federal court order requiring the state Board of Elections to continue to allow voters to be enrolled as Greens. We talk to Kaleb Winters Chair of the Upper Hudson Green Party about what this all means for local green organizing, especially since the local boards of elections has been promoting incorrect information while the GOP is now targeting the WFP for takeover in Rensselaer.
