Troy Sets Aside Fund for Barker Park

The Troy City Council Finance Committee passed an ordinance on Thursday, August 19, 2021 to transfer money to the Capital Projects Fund for improvements to Barker Park. Before the vote, Deputy Mayor Monica Kurzejeski, outlined some of the research and plans she has for the park. She confirmed that the benches are coming back and admitted that their removal didn’t exactly worked as they had planned.
