Upcycling Food Scraps with Compost and Chickens

Composting is a system that keeps methane out of the landfill and allows food scraps and yard scraps to be put back in the energy cycle. Scott Kellogg of the Radix Center brought this class tour to the chicken yard to have a conversation about upcycling food scraps.
