HUD Approves Demolishing of Public Housing Near Norlite

The federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has given the Cohoes Housing Authority the green light to sell the Saratoga Sites housing complex next to the Norlite hazardous waste incinerator to the city, in order to relocate its residents and demolish it.
