Joe Ritchie Of Lights Out Norlite On Possible Sale of Saratoga Sites to City

The Cohoes City Council met on Feb. 22 to discuss whether or not the city should buy the Saratoga Sites public housing complex across the tracks from the Norlite incinerator and raze it to turn it into an industrial property. Norlite now also wants to buy the complex to turn it into a research center for incineration. Joe Ritchie of Lights Out Norlite and a resident of the complex discusses what happened at the meeting with Mark Dunlea of Hudson Mohawk Magazine.
