DEC and Attorney General File Lawsuit Against Norlite

New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Commissioner Basil Seggos and Attorney General Letitia James filled a lawsuit against the Norlite hazardous waste incinerator and aggregate facility. Seggos and James are trying to force the company to stop polluting the air with contaminants from its Cohoes facility. Andrea Cunliffe talked with Dave Publow of Lights Out Norlite to get the story.
