Colin Ricker: 10-year-old Speaking out Against Climate Change

Youth Climate Leaders Unite for the NY HEAT Act will hold a day of action in Albany on Thursday, November 30, 2023. The NY Home Energy Affordable Transition Act otherwise known as NY HEAT Act would lay the legal and regulatory foundation for an affordable transition off fossil fuel. The rally on Thursday is to encourage Governor Kathy Hochul to sign the bill. Ten-year-old Colin Ricker will be the youngest climate activist scheduled to speak at the press conference.
