Fireworks Trigger Veterans with PTSD

Each year veteran groups caution against the use of fireworks which trigger certain people with PTSD. Lee Vartigian, Director of Vet Services at Veterans Housing and Services for Albany Housing Coalition, Inc. spoke with Sina Basila Hickey about how fireworks affect their residents and what they are doing about it.
