Healing Day at PHS Includes Grassroots Mind Body Energy

This Saturday, July 22, 2023 People’s Health Sanctuary is hosting Healing Day, a way to connect with community members, healers, providers and anyone invested in building a robust network for communal health across the Capital District. One of the bodywork practitioners doing donation based healing is Justine from Grassroots Mind Body Energy Works. She spoke with Mark Dunlea and Sina Basila Hickey about the benefits of body work, what needs to change in the health care system, and what to expect on Saturday.
