On Friday, May 12, 2023, Hudson Mohawk Magazine Roaming Labor Correspondent Willie Terry attended memorial ceremonies by the Upstate Branch of the ‘Industrial Workers of the World’ event, honoring Irish revolutionary, labor leader, and martyr for Ireland’s independence, James Connolly and some of their fallen with songs and speeches.
