Opalka on Troy and Urban Renewal

Anthony Opalka is the Historian for the City of Albany. He went to high school in Troy while the collar factories were still active. Hudson Mohawk Magazine’s David Moore and Caelan McPherson spoke to Opalka about his perspective of the urban renewal in the 1960’s.
