PEF Rally to “End TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENTS and MANAGEMENT BULLYING”
On Thursday, September 21, 2023, Hudson Mohawk Magazine Roaming Labor Correspondent Willie Terry was in downtown Albany at the capital, where the Public Employees Federation (PEF) was holding a rally to reject toxic leadership in the workplace and demanding respect and non-bullying of state workers. The rally was calling out the abusive conduct of some state managers against employees. In this labor segment, Willie spoke to Darlene Williams, Vice President of PEF, about the issues and reason for the rally.
