The Giving Circle Provides Humanitarian Aid In Uganda

The Giving Circle, based in Saratoga Springs, was initially started in response to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita where it worked to rebuild homes and lives in southern Mississippi. It has since expanded its efforts working locally and internationally with the underserved families in the Capital District, Uganda and Ukraine.
