On Thursday, July 11, 2024, Hudson Mohawk Magazine Roaming Labor Correspondent Willie Terry spoke to Marylyn Raleigh, a resident of Rensselaer City and Activist calling for the closure of the Dunn Landfill in Rensselaer County. In this labor segment, Willie interviewed her about why the Dunn Landfill should be shut down and moved away from city schools and neighborhoods. As of this interview, it was reported that the Rensselaer County Legislature asked the governor to close the Dunn Landfill facilities. This is part one of two of Willie’s interview with Marylyn Raleigh.
