Collar City Mushrooms is Leaving Lansingburgh Storefront

Collar City Mushrooms has been considered too urban and too agricultural for receiving a lot of funding support, making it difficult for the company to grow its operations. This has resulted in the need to leave its current storefront location in Lansingburgh. To give us an update on what this means for the company, owner Avery Stempel spoke with Sina Basila Hickey for Hudson Mohawk Magazine.
