Tenant Empowerment Through The Emergency Tenant Protection Act

The city of Albany is carrying out a vacancy study which could lead to the declaration of a housing emergency some time in 2024. In this segment, the Capital District Democratic Socialist(CDDSA) housing committee co-chair, Hannah Hurley talks about the Emergency Tenant Protection Act(ETPA) and other efforts by CDDSA and other grassroot organizations to increase tenant protections across the Tri-City Area.
