Troy Mayor Mantello On Why A New Planning Board

Troy Mayor Carmella Mantello outlines why she had decided to replace the present City Planning Commission with a new Planning Board. The Board was approved by the Council in a recent 4 to 3 vote along party lines but a vote is still needed to replace the existing law establishing the Commission.
