Doc Film “Beyond Borders” Explores Four Immigration Journeys

This documentary film “Beyond Borders,” by filmmaker Tony Ramirez of Colombia County Sanctuary Movement, follows four immigrants, taking the viewer on a journey across diverse landscapes and cultural divides, witnessing the challenges, hopes, and triumphs they experience as they build new lives in foreign lands. Ramirez spoke with Richard Sleeper and Jacob Boston for Hudson Mohawk Magazine about the film and the upcoming screening in Hudson, NY on Jan 16, 2025.
